The Organization:

The Girls’ Middle School is an independent non-profit 6-8 all-girls school in Palo Alto, CA. The school expresses itself as inclusive, educating girls at a crucial time in life.

My Role:

Communication and Events Associate

Photography & Video

As the sole photographer and social media content creator, I direct all original campus photography and short-form videos, building a 500+ asset library that serves as the foundation for the school’s rebranding, promotional materials, family sharing library, and social media.

Utilizing Hootsuite, I own the social strategy and the content calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize post timing and ensure the school’s message reaches the public.

Print & Digital Marketing Collateral

Currently managing a phased brand rollout under the direction of the Board of Trustees, Head of School, and Director of Admission. I am leading the new website photo and video content library and the transition of all external collateral to the new visual identity.

To ensure total brand alignment, I am navigating a disciplined production schedule, intentionally limiting new asset creation due to our evolving brand guidelines during this transition.
