The Organization:
Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School is an independent non-profit Episcopal K-8 school in Saratoga, CA. The school expresses itself as a whole-hearted community, calling its students to be their best selves.
My Role:

Print & Digital Marketing Collateral
Began my role by standardizing the organization’s visual identity by developing modular Canva templates, ensuring 100% brand alignment across all departmental social and print communications. These were easy-to-use templates, empowering non-creative staff to produce on-brand assets independently.
Continued by executing full-scale visual assets using the Adobe Creative Suite for institutional growth, ranging from digital ads to large-format banners, for both print and web.
Photography & Video
As the lead photographer and social media content creator, I managed the end-to-end production of all visual media. This included art directing photo shoots for the annual magazine and producing video content that increased our social media reach by 10%.
Captured over 500+ assets used across print, web, and social.
Editorial
Began my role managing student-written blog posts and the school’s blog page, On The Blog. Once promoted, I was Co-Chief Editor of The Pulse Fall 2025.
Website & Digital Updates
Began my role assisting with updates to the website. Continued growing by streamlining the Spring Gala pages, resulting in a smoother user experience for 200+ attendees, and designed a Parent Portal, resulting in a one-stop-shop for 500+ parents.
